PROJECT AIM: To fully refurbish all three flats including the entrance.
PROJECT OUTCOME: After replacing the staircase, CSN received an offer for the 2 x one bed flats, which were sold. The third flat was upgraded from a two bed to a three bed, fully modernised and sold on.
