PROJECT AIM: Gain vacant possession of the two upper flats and get permission to turn the three ground floor offices to residential.
PROJECT OUTCOME: Upper flats refurbished. Permission obtained to convert one office to residential. The other two offices refurbished and modernised and ALL units sold. Another successful project.
